Wavelengths: 405, 470, 580nm. The unique 405nm is used as a reference channel to effectively remove motion noise. 470 and 580nm can excite two fluorescent proteins (such as calcium-sensitive fluorescent proteins or neurotransmitter probes) to detect changes in different ions (such as calcium ions) or neurotransmitter concentrations (such as dopamine, epinephrine, etc.).
This system can be used to detect the level of related signal changes in different nerve cell groups in vivo, reflect the coding characteristics of different types of neurons in the same behavioral paradigm, and verify the connection between neurons or the related connection between signal pathways.
