Glass Microelectrode Injection Pump

Glass Microelectrode Injection Pump

The Glass Microelectrode Injection Pump is a high-precision, high-airtightness, and high-stability injection pump designed for precise timed and quantitative microinjection and aspiration in applications such as oocytes, animal embryos, protozoa, animal brains, and eyes. It can be paired with a stereotaxic instrument for intracranial viral or tracer injections, and is also suitable for agricultural research including pest control and plant protection—enabling targeted substance injection or aspiration in insect embryos and larvae.

Main Application Fields

  • Rodent Research Applications
√ Deep brain injections in guinea pigs, rats, and mice for viruses, drugs, neurotransmitters, or dyes
√ Oocyte and embryo injections in guinea pigs, rats, and mice for genetic material, drugs, or dyes

  • Zebrafish Research Applications
√ Zebrafish oocyte gene or dye injection
√ In vivo injections in zebrafish larvae

  • Insect Research Applications
√ Oocyte injections in nematodes, worms, fruit flies, cotton bollworms, brown planthoppers, etc.
√ In vivo drug or dye injections in nematodes and worms
√ In vivo drug or dye injections in fruit flies, cotton bollworms, and brown planthoppers

  • Xenopus Oocyte and Tadpole Injections
